Modern Endodontics. First module
Effectiveness, predictability and safety - primary root canal treatment at one appointment.
Contemporary Endodontics’ first module is the microscopic basic dental training for GDP – General Dental Practitioner who has been interested in new generation of treatment or who has been willing to improve knowledge and techniques.
Endodontic dental training is based on practical skills which implementation on daily basis let you provide safe and effective dental work. Dr Aneta Jankowska and dr Maciej Kuzminski will introduce all trainees with modern approach of endodontics, especially rotary root canal preparation. This oustanding dental training will let you use rotary instrumentation in curved and calcified root canals.
We teach how to complete primary root canal treatment at one appointment.
Practical skills acquired during microscopic dental training might be implemented on daily basis immediately.
- simple and specific lecture
- presentation of tricky procedures
- practical training, which has been explained
Main aspects during endodontic course:
- ergonomy,
- working with microscope,
- rubber dam placement,
- tooth chamber preparation, access to pulp chamber in medial and lateral incisors, premolars and upper and lower molars (artificial upper and lower jaw),
- rotary root canal preparation in difficult and calcified root canals,
- difficulties in fiding additional (e.g 4th root canal) canals and root canals working length measuring,
- rotary root canal preparation,
- activated root canal irrigation,
- vertical warm gutta percha condensation as a thermal method of root canal filling,
- management (rotary preparation and root filling) for joined root canals,
- root canal false path management with hand file adjustment,
- proven methods for difficult endodontic treatment,
- professional endodontic equipment – hand files, rotary files, ultrasounds and burs.
Endodontics with the use of microscopic magnification means improved visibility, safety, effectiveness and predictable dental work.
In order to maximise your experience, as an outcome for dental training course, every workplace has been equipped with top quality Global microscope with visual track. There is no other than microscopic endodontics at EndoMasters Academy therfore every participant will use Global at all time during the course.
Globals’ ergonomy simplifies learning as contains:
- adjustable multifocal lens which adjusts proper tooth details image without repositioning microscope binoculars or patient level,
- multiAngle biocular regulation maintains physiological position during treatment,
- visual track which enables supervision by dr Maciej Kuzminski or dr Aneta Jankowska during clinical procedures.
On the top of that treatment outcome are being verified by periapical radiographs.
Workplace has been fully equipped as a professional endodontic surgery. It means that except microscope each dentist has been given set of instruments necessary to provide effective root canal treatment:
- rubber dam
- ProTaper Gold and ProTaper Next
- ultrasounds
- endodontic hand-piece
- fast and slow hand-piece
- air spray
- B&L/Endodontic Heat Source
- phantom with real human teeth
Day one
First day dental training for those dentists who do not provide endodontic dental treament with magnification on daily basis will be an introduction which let them gain maximum knowledge and practical skills within remaining two days. Dentist who has already worked with magnification will be taught techniques which improve qualiy of treatment.
